Are you insured?

We are. If anything should ever happen to your property, your neighbour’s property, or a person during the process, you will not be held liable.

Do you haul away the brush?

We can. There are a variety of options that we lay out when providing you with a quote. If you would like the finished product to seem as if we were never even there, we can have all of the debris removed, down to the last leaf. If you would like to keep the logs for firewood, and have the limbs removed, or have us just take care of the technical side of things, and leave you with the rest, these options are all reflected in the price.

Where are you located?

We are permanent residents of the South Whiteshell. we service Falcon Lake, West Hawk Lake, Star Lake, and Caddy Lake. We will gladly travel outside the Whiteshell within reason.

Do we have to be there while you are working?

You don’t. We understand that sometimes the amount of time you get to spend out here is limited, and our process can be a bit noisy. You can give me a call or text to fill me in on the situation, and it’s helpful to have some ribbon or tape around the tree(s) in question. Otherwise, everything that I need from you can be completed by phone and e-mail.
